I'd kinda like to do the Fairfax 4 Miler on NYE this year. I don't recall this being a particularly cheap race though. I'd go if either of you were interested though! Or that NYE 10k in Ashburn was okay last year. Boring course, but I liked the whore-derves after. And Amber PRed so that was kewl.
OR I'd totally be into a fun group run instead of a race :) I just like the idea of bringing in the new year on a healthy note. Maybe I'll host a Jan 1 new year's post-run brunch.... sound fun?
Also, I saw this one coming up in Jan. No real details available yet, but I was thinking of trying to convince Eddie or other running-shy people to do it, cause it is low key with no official results. Just tossing it out there!

My streak that is. Granted. I've done the bare minimum each day and I only had 20 minutes to spare after finishing yesterday. (Yes. I started running at 11:2o-something.) I think weekends are going to be the hardest.

Also could anyone be talked into Hot Chocolate 15k in December? There's a dearth of good distance races in that month (for good reason, of course). I think it's like $65 though, smarts a bit.
