ReplyDeleteI just noticed this note in the 5K rescheduling email.... I think I'll try to make it to this packet pick-up so I can wear DOUBLE bibs at Rock N Roll New Orleans! I can get yours then too, Aber... and I guess yours too, R! I wanna pick up ASAP so we can get our monkey shirts!

However, we will hold a short, one evening packet pick up intended for our virtual runner friends NEXT Thursday, February 18 from 5pm-9pm at Pacers Pentagon Row. You must be registered before midnight February 10th to pick up your packet at the Thursday packet pick up. We want to give our virtual runners a chance to sport their bibs and shirts on their virtual runs. We think the pictures will be adorable! Even if you are not a virtual runner, you may pick up your packet at the special packet pick up but be sure to keep your timing chip and bib in a safe spot.
Would you mind???? Super duper pretty please??? I think I ordered a M shirt. Do I need to fax you a copy of my ID?

ReplyDeleteYokay! I just emailed the race director and she said I didn't need copies of your ID or confirmation or anything. And yeah, that'd be good RachEL! Though I'd hate to try to make plans with you and end up standing you up or being way late caaaause this week is gonna SURCK after my lab being closed for 4.5 days and I'm anticipating some late hours! We'll see how today and tomorrow go.....Blerg.

ReplyDeleteok you two I gots da stuff! I'm a little concerned about the shirt sizes I got for you.. Turns out they're american apparel women's shirts, which already run small, and they said they shrink after washing. So I upgraded Amber & me to larges and kept Elizabeth in a small.. there was a girl there wearing a small and she seemed about your size so I thought it would be ok? and there was a woman wearing an XL and that seemeed too big soooo hopefully the larges will work. but yeah who knows if they'll shrink! wash them in cold and maybe hang dry?
