This is a special long run schedule for my running group if you ever wanna meet up with them for some longer runs. They run on Sundays which is a bit of a bummer, but they put water out so that's a bit of awesome. They usually have a shorter/longer option. We could also do the normal run group runs on Saturday, that go from 6-10 miles and then runs on Sundays that are usually 10-15 but usually with a shorter option as well

Hey, thanks for posting that! Are the numbers after the date the mileage...? The locations look like secret code to me, but I'd be down for whatever. If we have a set place and time that will get me out there! Like I said in our email, I don't really care about Saturday or Sunday, but I just want to try to rest/crosstrain the day following the long run.

I'll mostly be in Yorktown this weekend so I'll try to get my long 'un in there. This is the week the schedge starts breaking up the weekend into a pace run with a long run on sat-sun. I think I'll just try to get in 8-10 one day...
Next weekend: Still wanna try for 12 at Manassas battlegrounds?
Annnnnnnnnnd now looking at the next week comes the part where I get confused cause it looks like our running document has an extra week in August. Are we supposed to bump all the way up to 17 miles already? Or is it just 14? hunnnhhh? Either way, I'm headed up to Philly on Sat afternoon and coming back Sunday, so I'd like to do the run Sat morning.
And then the next week is VA Beach Half! wooooop!

I don't know what to do. 12-> 17 is a hell of a jump. But if we just do 14, that will be our longest run before the 20 miler. That is also a hell of a jump... Thoughts??? What should we do?
