Running workshop?

Would you guys be interested in a running form workshop at Metro Run/Walk? They do them in their Springfield store on Sundays at 10:30. Maybe we could get up and do an early Burke Lake run again (Aber and I were really feeling the stark contrast in shade between that trail and w&od today!) and then go to one? They cost $10 for a basic thingy and $20 for a little bit more personal package. The one on 9/19 might be the soonest I could go (tho that's the day after our 20mile run so we prob woudn't want to run that morning!). Anyway, thiiiiink about it! We could all prob use some tips on form!
