also the Crystal City Twilighter 5K is coming up - it was really tough for me last year, but that might have been my chipotle burrito I'd had for lunch... Anyway! We should maybe be beyond 5K's at this point but.. I still enjoy them.

I'd be interested in going to the seminar! I can't think of any questions that I cant just have answered instantly from the interwebz, but it'd be good to listen in on a marathon discussion. Annoying to get to Alexandria on a weeknight though. :-/
ReplyDeleteAnd i just updated my logyourrun stats. May i just say BANGERANG! nothing really impressive, but i had a good bike ride yesterday and a really good run today and am feeling pretty awesome about it! i had some shin pain while running but i got a rhythm going and then i hardly noticed it, so that's encouraging for future runs.
I'm spending a fortune on races lately, but I could be talked into Crystal City 5k. Almost worth the money to get a decent technical tee. And watch TWILIGHT afterwards! *eyes grow wide with nerdlish excitement*
