new thingy!

I found this new site: www.logyourrun.com.

If you register there you can log your exercise and track your mileage! and then you can add that little widget to the sidebar there, you can see mine's up on the right ---->

seeee it? you can't see the whole thing unfortunately, but all that's cut off is my pace.

Anyway I thought it would be cool if we each had our little running log there.. eh? you don't have to but I'm gonna try to keep it updated. Gives me a little motivation. :)

  2. I'm not sure if you guys will be able to do it yourselves or if you'll have to send me the html and I'll add it. I went to "Customize" and then Edit Layout I think? and then there was a place it let me add a widget, and then it let me pick "javascript/html" and i just pasted in the html from the logyourrun.com site (which is under "Exercise Log" and then under "This week's data" it gives you a link to "add this week's data to your blog" and it gives you the html)...

    did that make any sense?

  3. I was going to put in all my walking to/from metro just to see how much mileage I ended up with but looks like the widget will only show so much of your week's activities, so I'm going to stick to just running and biking...

  4. OH i figured somefing else out! If you have yer gmail box open allll day (like me) and you wanna quicky-click to logyourrun.com, you can add a gadget to your gmail for it. too much blabber to bother 'splainin here, but i can show if anyone wants it!
